In response to proposed changes affecting rules governing online transmissions of broadcasters programmes/ services and copyright EU creative industry/creator organisations wrote a joint letter to Commission President Juncker calling for the principle of territoriality on audiovisual rights to be respected in order to protect current film funding models.
